1. Process the aeolian sand in the desert into a new type of precision casting material – coated sand, to achieve “casting with sand”. It has been used in the production of 27 series of 10 series of coated sand and fast-curing coated sand, which has upgraded traditional casting materials. More than 90% of the key castings of domestically produced automobile engines are made of Renchuang coated sand. Produced.

2. Process the aeolian sand in the desert into a new type of permeable building material – Shengtai sand, to achieve “watering with sand”. Typical representative products: sand-based permeable bricks, sand-based rainwater collection systems, sand-based filtration membranes. 3. The aeolian sand in the desert is processed into a new fracturing proppant, “Oil-permeable and impervious”—selective Fusheng sand to achieve “adding oil by sand”. The products have been applied to oilfields such as Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield and Sinopec Huadong Branch, and the average single well has increased production by 2.3 tons. 4. Process the aeolian sand in the desert into a “breathable and impervious” ecological water-retaining material – breathable anti-seepage sand to achieve “sand control sand”. Planting tests in desert (chemical) areas such as Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, and Xinjiang showed that the survival rate of trees can reach more than 97% after using permeable and anti-seepage sand; water-saving agriculture in Ningxia and the Daxing Base of the General Logistics Department of the People’s Liberation Army. 5. Process the aeolian sand in the desert into a silica sand ecological building material – core insulation brick, silica sand wall hanging board, etc., to achieve “sand building”. Inspiration for innovation:

Qin Shengyi said that his innovation stems from the traditional culture of China. Combine Chinese traditional culture with modern technology and use the ideas of Yijing to guide innovation.
